Donato is Head of Real Estate at Arrow Global Italy and Chief Executive Officer of Borio Mangiarotti REIM, the Group's real estate platform in Italy. He has more than twenty years of experience in the real estate sector. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility at some of Italy's leading real estate companies, including Generali Real Estate, where he served as Head of Transactions – Southern Europe, CDP Immobiliare, and Europa Investimenti, where he held the role of Head of Real Estate Italy.

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Naples Federico II and a Master's in Financing Tools for Real Estate Transactions from Bocconi University.
He is a member of the General Council of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare and of the Executive Committee of ULI Italy.

Regina is Head of Corporate Relationships at Borio Mangiarotti REIM and Chairwoman of Borio Mangiarotti S.p.A. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Technical Director, leading the company's strategic and operational development. From 2021 to 2025, she was President of Assimpredil ANCE, following her tenure as President of ANCE Giovani.

She holds a Master's Degree in Built Environment Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. She serves on the Executive Committees of the Milan Monza Brianza Lodi Chamber of Commerce and Unioncamere Lombardia, and sits on the Boards of Directors of Triennale Milano, Fondazione Symbola, Fondazione Niguarda and MICS – Made in Italy Circolare e Sostenibile.

Luca brings more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate sector, with extensive expertise in investments, capital markets transactions and asset value enhancement. Prior to joining Borio Mangiarotti REIM, he served as Real Estate Investment Director at Europa Investimenti and spent more than ten years at JLL, where he was Head of Office Capital Markets. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong network of relationships with domestic and international investors and market participants.

Luca graduated with honours in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan and subsequently completed a Master's degree in Real Estate Management.

Lorenzo is Capital Markets Director at Borio Mangiarotti REIM and brings twenty years of experience in capital markets, real estate finance, M&A, structured finance and restructuring.

He joined the Group in 2020 and is responsible for funding activities and relationships with banks, institutional investors and financial partners, while supporting the structuring of the Group’s key real estate investment and development transactions. Prior to joining the Group, he held positions of increasing responsibility at KPMG Deal Advisory, two Italian-listed SPACs and a leading financial advisory boutique, gaining significant experience in M&A, private equity and capital markets.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.

Alessandro is Investment Director at Borio Mangiarotti REIM and has extensive experience in the Italian real estate sector, with a strong focus on investments and capital markets transactions. He joined the Group in 2019 and previously served as Chief Investment Officer. Before joining Borio Mangiarotti, he was Head of Investments at Colliers International Italy and gained further professional experience at Avalon Real Estate and Gabetti Group.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from LIUC – Cattaneo University and completed a postgraduate specialization course in Economics and Finance of Construction and the Real Estate Market at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.

Nicola is Senior Project Manager at Borio Mangiarotti REIM and has extensive experience in real estate project management, overseeing developments from design through construction, with a particular focus on project management and site coordination.He joined the Group in 2017 as Site Manager and, since 2019, has been leading the Project Management Office. Prior to joining the Group, he collaborated with several real estate development companies, managing architectural design and construction supervision for residential and industrial projects. He also gained academic experience as a Teaching Assistant to Professor Giuseppe Boatti at the Department of Urban Planning of Politecnico di Milano.

He holds a degree in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano, awarded in 2003.

Marta is Head of Sales, Marketing & Communications at Borio REIM, overseeing Communications across all Arrow Global Italy platforms, and is a Board Member of Borio Mangiarotti S.p.A.
She joined Borio Mangiarotti in 2015, where she led the Sales, Marketing and Communications functions, contributing to the development of the Group's market positioning and communication strategy. Prior to joining the Group, she spent ten years working as a producer in the film and advertising industry.

She holds a degree in Economics for Arts, Culture and Communication from Bocconi University in Milan.
