Donato is Chief Executive Officer of Borio Mangiarotti REIM and brings more than twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions with leading Italian real estate companies, including Generali Real Estate, where he served as Head of Transactions – Southern Europe, CDP Immobiliare and Europa Investimenti, where he was Head of Real Estate Italy.

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Naples Federico II and a Master's degree in Financing Tools for Real Estate Transactions from Bocconi University.
He is a member of the General Council of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare.

Luca brings more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate sector, with extensive expertise in investments, capital markets transactions and asset value enhancement. Prior to joining Borio Mangiarotti REIM, he served as Real Estate Investment Director at Europa Investimenti and spent more than ten years at JLL, where he was Head of Office Capital Markets. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong network of relationships with domestic and international investors and market participants.

Luca graduated with honours in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan and subsequently completed a Master's degree in Real Estate Management.

Alessandro is Investment Director at Borio Mangiarotti REIM and has extensive experience in the Italian real estate sector, with a strong focus on investments and capital markets transactions. He joined the Group in 2019 and previously served as Chief Investment Officer. Before joining Borio Mangiarotti, he was Head of Investments at Colliers International Italy and gained further professional experience at Avalon Real Estate and Gabetti Group.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from LIUC – Cattaneo University and completed a postgraduate specialization course in Economics and Finance of Construction and the Real Estate Market at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan.
