The investment strategy involves the transformation of the historic hotel in Breuil-Cervinia, closed since 1937, into a new 5* hotel.

The project will deliver a property of approximately 14,000 sqm across 8 levels, featuring 135 rooms, four food & beverage outlets, a panoramic spa of over 1,300 sqm across two levels, wellness and fitness areas, and dedicated parking facilities.

The objective is to create a modern alpine resort combining local identity, high-end services and contemporary international hospitality standards.
