Borio Mangiarotti REIM Launches the Development of a New Five-Star Hotel in Breuil-Cervinia

Borio Mangiarotti REIM has commenced the development of the new five-star hotel in Breuil-Cervinia, a landmark project set to become one of the leading luxury hospitality developments in the Italian Alps.

The project involves the transformation of the historic 1937 hotel into a new alpine resort spanning approximately 14,000 sqm, featuring 135 guestrooms, food & beverage outlets, a panoramic spa, and dedicated wellness and fitness facilities. The resort is scheduled to open for the 2028/2029 winter season.
Having led the origination and investment activities, Borio Mangiarotti REIM will oversee the entire development as project manager and will subsequently assume the role of asset manager.

"Mountain destinations are increasingly becoming places to experience all year round. In this context, a hotel must be conceived as an integral part of the destination experience, helping to enhance its appeal and strengthen its hospitality offering," said Donato Piscuoglio, CEO of Borio Mangiarotti REIM.
